By now you have heard everyone talking about the muscle confusion P90X DVDs set.
Like many perhaps you saw it on TV through an infomercial, or you may even know someone who has tried it. This 90 day workout DVD does work, however it takes the determination and commitment of the buyer in order to see results like those seen on TV commercial. This DVD requires a time obligation of approximately fifty minutes, 6 days per week.
The P90X infomercial shows several people who were previously out of shape transforming their bodies into lean muscle mass in a mere ninety days. Although it seems too good to be true, these videos are so intense in focusing on muscle confusion, they will work if followed correctly. This video is not to be taken lightly; each workout is very hard and leaves you feeling sore each day.
There are several workouts that need to be followed in a sequence each night. You will find out when reading the handbook, that you will work out six days a week leaving only one day for your body to regain strength. This schedule must be followed as recommended to see the results you are hoping to get.
The first muscle confusion P90X DVD will start you with the chest and back workout. As you can imagine, this is pretty much self explanatory. This workout focuses on your chest and back muscles and as you progress into the third phase becomes a very grueling workout. However, keep in mind that if you don't like to perform lots of push ups, then you probably will struggle with this workout.. Tony Horton has included just about any type of push up you could imagine. The pace is very fast and you are constantly changing up the routine.
Plyometrics will be introduced to you on the second night of the muscle confusion P90X workout. If you are unaware of what the term Plyometrics means, get ready to jump, jump and jump some more. Plyometrics is also called jump training. Athletes use this type of training to be able to dunk a basketball. Get ready to use every muscle you never thought you had when completing this workout.
Each night thereafter, you will complete another DVD workout targeting a different portion of your body. This is where the confusion part comes into play. Your body does not have a chance to heal from one night of a workout before it is being thrown into another physical regimen. The rest of the DVD includes specific areas such as triceps and biceps. There is also some yoga and kick boxing in the mix.
This workout will give you awesome results but it is not going to be easy. It takes the dedication of at least one hour per night and the ability to complete each workout in its entirety. You must also follow the strict diet to see maximum results with the muscle confusion P90X DVDs.
